What’s Happening on OKX? Transfer of 2 Billion Dollars Worth of Altcoin with Thousands of Wallets!

As 1.968 wallets were in action on popular cryptocurrency exchange OKX, nearly 2 billion dollars worth of OKB were transferred to the exchange. On-chain analysis account Spot On Chain shared on March 21st, drawing attention to the remarkable transfer for OKX’s native token OKB. According to the post, 1.968 wallet accounts transferred 1.98 billion dollars worth of OKB to the OKX cryptocurrency exchange following 4 years of inactivity. On March 16th, OKX burned 11.48 million OKB worth 748 million dollars as part of the buyback and burn procedure. Out of the burned OKB, the 631 million dollar worth 9.68 million portion came from 1,968 wallets that had been inactive for 4 years, with 539 of them. This transfer has sparked rumors that OKX will perform a new burn. According to CoinGecko data, OKB, which increased by 5.1% in the last 24 hours, is currently trading at 59.75 dollars.
